I have lived in Kansas since 1975, and has spent 48 years serving other Kansans.

Military Service
I served a decade as part of the US Army Reserves in the Medical Corps with the 3344th Hospital Augmentation Unit and the 325th General Hospital.
Healthcare Experience
I spent 48 years as a licensed respiratory therapist, pulmonary function technologist, registered polysomnographer, and manager. My years at the bedside taught me the value and importance of access to quality healthcare.

Serving Community
I am an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Lawrence, and am authorized pulpit supply for Clinton and Oakland Presbyterian Churches. I am also a member of Lawrence Masonic Lodge #6, Kaw Valley Scottish Rite and Arab Shrine Temple in Topeka.
A lifetime of service
I have always felt strongly about giving back to the community. Serving others is something that has always been a part of my life: from my military service, a career in healthcare, service through my church, and substitute teaching in retirement.

One of the greatest joys is watching your children and grandchildren grow, succeed and prosper. We must insure that is possible in Kansas.

With Representative Sharice Davids
Working for the people of the district is why I’m here: from listening and bringing the message back to Topeka to fighting for community, with hard work and fairness to all.

Teaching during COVID
I retired from healthcare and stepped into education during one of the most challenging periods for our communities.

At home in rural Douglas County
I have lived in rural Douglas County for over 36 years, raising & keeping horses.

Please donate to help me bring Kansas Values back to the State House.
