He served a decade as part of the US Army Reserves in the Medical Corps.
Health care Experience
48 years as A Licensed Respiratory Therapist, Pulmonary Function Technologist, Registered Polysomnographer, and Manager. His years at the bedside taught him the value and importance of access to quality healthcare.
Serving Community
Supporting our neighbors, making lives brighter. He is an active member of his church and civic groups.
A life time of service
I have always felt strongly about giving back to the community. Serving others is something that has always been a part of my life. From, Military Service, a career in healthcare, service through my Church, to substitute teaching in retirement.
One of the greatest joys is watching your children and grandchildren grow, succeed and prosper. We must insure that is possible in Kansas.

Teaching during COVID
Henry retired from healthcare and stepped into education during one of the most challenging periods for our communities.

Henry has lived in rural Douglas County for over 36 years, raising & keeping horses.
